Roswell Magnolia Storytelling Festival
Talented storytellers, musicians and interpreters from around the Southeast and Georgia gather in Roswell to share stories passed down for generations; stories of real life, stories of the imagination. Seating is provided under big top tents with plenty of space to spread picnics, listen to tales and participate in "Open Microphone" time.
There is something for everyone, youngsters, seniour citizens, business professionals, teachers, tellers and general audiences.
The Roswell Magnolia Storytelling Festival will be held on the grounds of Historic Bulloch Hall in Roswell, with some of the workshops held at the Teaching Museum North, just a short stroll away.
Through a partnership with the State University of West Georgia Department of Continuing Education, a series of workshops will be presented from which Teachers will be able to receive Staff Development Units and other individuals may receive Continuining Education Units.
